朱宝长，男，44岁，教授，研究方向为动物细胞工程。
1982和1985年于西北农业大学毕业，分别获得学士和硕士学位，同年在该校动物科学系任教，1990年出国进修，1997年于阿根廷国立CUYO大学获博士学位，回国后进入上海华东师范大学博士后流动站工作，1999年进入首都师范大学生物系工作，现为生物系动物学科负责人，细胞生物学校重点建设学科负责人。讲授人体解剖生理学，动物生物学，动物生殖生理学、免疫学实验技术等课程。在动物细胞生物学方面进行了卓有成效的研究，在国内外学术期刊发表论文40余篇，其中近10篇被SCI收录，目前主持国家自然科学基金3项、主持国家教委和北京市教委科研各1项目，并在本校细胞生物学专业招收研究生，主要研究方向为动物细胞工程，现正在从事Leydig细胞和Sertoli细胞等与生殖细胞相关的基础和应用性科学研究。

1、单个赖氏细胞分泌行为及其弥散神经内分泌特性（39970553），主持国家自然科学基金项目
2、影响Sertoli细胞核孔复合物调控机理的探索，主持国家教委回国留学人员科研基金项目
3、哺乳动物支持细胞核孔复合物数量的调控机理（30270197），主持国家自然科学基金项目
4、北京青少年性生理和性倾向发育及其内分泌规律的研究，主持北京市教委项目
5、小鼠精子发生受HSL 基因调控的细胞学机理研究（30870934），主持国家自然科学基金项目
