张正斌，研究员，1984年获西北农业大学农学学士学位，1990年获中国科学院西北水土保持研究所生态学硕士学位，1998年获西北农业大学植物生理学博士学位。

2001年在中国农业科学院作物品种资源研究所做作物遗传育种博士后

1991.9晋升为助理研究员。1996.9晋升为副研究员，曾任陕西省作物学会常务理事

2001年在中国科学院石家庄农业现代化研究所被聘为研究员
