张凯松，博士，研究员，博士生导师，膜材料与技术研究组组长。主要研究兴趣为膜污染微观过程、分子机制与控制对策，耐污染膜生物反应器和功能膜材料等。

1996年9月-2000年7月青岛海洋大学，获理学学士学位；2000年.9月-2005年6月中国科学院研究生院，获理学博士学位； 2005年7月-2006年7月 月赴牛津大学工程科学系，进行膜表面流体力学特征与膜污染控制研究，合作者为Robert Field 和Zhanfeng Cui 教授；2010年6月 -9月在澳大利亚Monash大学化学工程学院访问研究，与Bradley Ladewig博士和Huanting Wang 教授进行“仿生纳米结构抗污染膜材料的设计和制备”合作研究。2006年8月-至今，中国科学院城市环境研究所工作。目前主持承担多项国家和地方项目。曾获中国科学院院长奖优秀奖。
