朱崇抒,男,1975年出生,博士,副研究员。2009年3月博士毕业于中国科学院地球环境研究所,2009年-2010年,台湾交通大学环境工程研究所博士后。研究方向为碳气溶胶、纳米气溶胶。已发表学术论文数十篇。中国颗粒学会青年理事,国际空气与废弃物管理学会会员。
