朱崇抒，男，1975年出生，博士，副研究员。2009年3月博士毕业于中国科学院地球环境研究所，2009年-2010年，台湾交通大学环境工程研究所博士后。研究方向为碳气溶胶、纳米气溶胶。已发表学术论文数十篇。中国颗粒学会青年理事，国际空气与废弃物管理学会会员。
