张荣庆，1957年出生，博士，现任清华大学教授，生物科学与技术系副系主任，系学术委员会副主任，蛋白质科学教育部重点实验室副主任，清华大学海洋科学与工程研究中心副主任，海洋生物学博士点学科负责人，欧洲海洋生物技术学会会员。研究方向为海洋生物化学与分子生物学，重点为海洋生物新功能基因的发现等。
