张过,男,1976年6月出生,博士。武汉大学测绘遥感信息工程国家重点实验室教授、博士生导师;国家测绘地理信息局卫星测绘应用中心资源三号测绘卫星应用系统总师助理兼影像处理与应用分系统主任设计师。从2005年博士毕业,到2015年跟随老师李德仁院士一起问鼎国家科技大奖,张过科研生涯的第一个十年,可以说都献给了“资源三号”卫星。
张过却用近乎完美的表现,攻克了国内首颗自主测绘卫星“资源三号”的诸多技术难题,并于2012年和2013年相继获得测绘科技进步特等奖和国家科技进步奖一等奖。2015年1月,“武汉大学对地观测与导航技术创新团队”荣获国家科技进步奖创新团队奖,在由李德仁、刘经南和龚健雅三位院士领衔的15位核心成员中,张过是最年轻的团队成员。
长期从事航天摄影测量教学和研究工作。参与的资源三号测绘卫星应用系统研制的团队。
测绘卫星设计、高精度几何处理和应用效果评价等方面研究工作。
星载光学处理、星载SAR/InSAR处理和变化信息提取等。
在星载SAR和InSAR处理方面,在国内外首先提出星载SAR和InSAR的严密几何模型可以被RPC模型替代,并在此基础上发展了星载SAR和InSAR处理软件。出版专著3 部,从2005博士毕业至今发表学术论文51 篇;获得3项发明专利和2项计算机软件著作权登记。
