周焕福,男,汉族,1979年生,贵州镇宁人。博士,广西桂林理工大学材料科学与工程学院从事材料物理与化学教学与科研工作。

人物简历

1999年-2003年,河南科技大学金属材料与热处理专业本科生,获工学学士学位;

2003年-2006年,河南科技大学材料学专业硕士研究生,获工学硕士。

2006年-2009年,西安交通大学电子科学与技术专业,获工学博士学位。

2009年-,在桂林理工大学材料科学与工程学院任教。

研究方向

有色金属氧化物LTCC低温烧结微波介质陶瓷及其器件研究:利用广西丰富的有色金属氧化物资源,开发一系列烧结温度低、微波介电性能优异且共烧时不与Ag电极反应的新型有色金属氧化物LTCC低温烧结微波介质陶瓷新配方,探索材料在器件上的应用。

LTCC微波介质材料的共烧匹配及零收缩研究:通过流延、叠层、共烧后,研究不同介电常数的有色金属氧化物LTCC低温烧结微波介质陶瓷材料的共烧匹配情况;调整LTCC工艺,加入牺牲层,实现LTCC材料的零收缩。

微波可调厚膜材料及器件的研究:采用丝网印刷工艺,制备烧结温度低、致密性好、介电性能优异、可调率高的新型的BST厚膜,初步探索厚膜材料在器件上的应用。

微波介质陶瓷薄膜及厚膜材料研究:通过流延法、丝网印刷法以及溶胶-凝胶工艺制备出烧结温度低、致密性好、微波介电性能优异的微波介质陶瓷薄膜及厚膜材料。

参与的科研项目和负责的科研项目:

桂林理工大学博士科研启动基金“新型有色金属氧化物高性能LTCC微波介质陶瓷的低温烧结研究”。

完成国家863项目“中高K值LTCC微波介质材料与集成技术研究”(2006AA03Z0429),该项目已于2008年底结题。

国家973项目(新型微波介质陶瓷的微结构、缺陷控制与微波性能协调原理) (2002CB613302)

参与完成新世纪优秀人才支持计划项目(05-0840)

参与国家973项目“信息功能陶瓷及相关元器件的基础问题研究”子课题“新型微波与毫米波陶瓷的结构/性能调控及其应用”(2009CB623302)

顺利完成横向合作项目“K40材料粉体配方的研发”,并于2007年底圆满完成,该粉体配方已在协作公司“台湾华新科技股份有限公司”顺利投产,并申请美国专利一项。
