创意谷即创意设计谷，是以创意设计为核心业态建设的新型文化创意产业园，正在规划和建设的是北京朝阳园和山西盐湖园组成，未来五年，还将在中国中部、东北部、西南部等地建设5家园区。Valley of creativedesign is a cluster of creative design industry, which is composed by BeijingParkand SaltLakeParkcurrently. We will buildanother 5 Chain cluster in the next five years inChina, whichwill be located in central, northeast, southwest and other places.
The Valley of Creative Designwas initiated by Professor Wang Qiguo. It will be built with the joint of manydifferent R & Dinstitutions coming from European countries such asFrance,Germany,theUnited Kingdom, andother countries such as theUnited States,Australia,Japan, South Korea etc. Also it willbe invested by Beijing Honggao Investment Co., Ltd., and Shanxi creative Valley Investment andDevelopment Co., Ltd.
总体目标为创意者提供一种生活模式，打造中国新型文化创意产业生产、生活、生态之园。
创意设计涉及经济社会的方方面面，将在未来的经济、社会发展中发挥越来越重要的作用，国家发展，民族强盛，创意设计将承担重任。

开发情况创意谷（北京朝阳园）选址在北京朝阳区，这里是中国的首都，也是中国政治、文化、经济中心。园区占地400亩，约27公顷，现已进入规划阶段。
创意谷（山西盐湖园）在山西省运城市盐湖区，现已进入建设初期。盐湖地处中国中西部，位置优越，是中华文明发祥地之一，是中国人民敬奉的武圣人关羽的故里。
创意谷（山西盐湖园）覆盖晋陕豫三省约51万平方公里，1.7亿人口。距离北京1.2小时的飞机行程，距离西安45分钟的高铁行程。占地5000亩，约333.33公顷，已经进入建筑图纸设计阶段，预计2013年5月开工建设。
创意谷将由入驻园区的创意设计机构按照他们自己国家或地区的建筑风格设计并建设。这些形态各异、独具审美趣味的建筑物就是他们在中国乃至亚太地区的总部，其创意设计业务首先为中国的经济社会提供服务，同时为亚太和全球经济社会服务。
The Valley of Creative Design(Beijing park) is located in Chaoyang Districtin Beijing, which is the capital ofChina, and alsoChina's political, cultural andeconomic center. The park covers an area of 400 acres, about 27 hectares, whichis now under planning .
The Valley of Creative Design(SaltLakePark) is in Yanhu District in ShanxiProvince.SaltLakeis located in the western centralChina, the location is one of theorigin of Chinese civilization, and also hometown of Guan Yu who is veneratedas martial Saint by Chinese. The location is 1 hour from Beijing by air, and45-minute train ride from Xi'an.It covers an area of 5,000 acres, approximately333.33 hectares, and now it is now at the step of architectural design. Weexpect to start construction in the spring of 2013. Once SaltLakePark is finished, it will benefit aslarge as 510,000 square kilometers with 170 million population in the combinedarea of three provinces from Jin, Shan and Yu.
All the designinginstitutes be set down in the creative design Valley come from the whole world,they will built their own constructions in the park with the architecturalstyle of their own country. These different patterns and unique aesthetic tastebuildings is their headquarters inChinaand Asia-Pacific region. 开发规模率先建设的创意谷（盐湖园）预计投资150亿元人民币。
第一期建设周期：2013年5月～2016年5月。完成投资50亿元人民币；
第二期建设周期：2015年9月～2018年9月。完成投资70亿元人民币；
第三期建设周期：2018年2月～2020年8月。完成投资30亿元人民币。
CreativeValley (SaltLakePark)is expected to invest 15 billion yuan, or about 1.8 billion euros.

加盟模式一是以购置写字楼的模式加入创意谷，与创意谷共享建设成果。创意谷越成功，投资者越受益。
二是具有一定水准的创意个体或组织，可以租赁写字楼设立创意设计工作室，创意谷将提供部分业务。创意者可以创意成果支付房租。
