现为中央组织部入选人员;湖南大学985工程创新平台首席科学家、土木工程学院特聘教授、博士生导师,国际著名英文学术期刊《Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering》的副主编, 《Cement and Concrete Research》、《Cement and Concrete Composites》和《硅酸盐学报》的编委,国际能源研究会和美国混凝土学会的会士(Fellow),加拿大安大略省注册职业工程师、美国混凝土学会 (ACI)、美国材料与试验学会 (ASTM)、加拿大标准协会(CSA)及RILEM中多个专业委员会的委员。中国硅酸盐学会化学激发专业委员会副主任委员。中南大学讲座教授、博士生导师,重庆大学和华南理工大学客座教授,美国纽约州立大学水牛城分校、南京工业大学和武汉理工大学的兼职教授。经历

领域及成就

史才军教授先后主持有美国,加拿大及韩国政府和公司赞助的项目20多个,总的科研经费数百万美元。在水泥混凝土材料的设计、测试、耐久性及固体废物的利用和处置方面做了广泛深入的研究,出版英文著作5部,中文译著1部,合编英文国际会议论文集一本,发表高水平学术论文150余篇,其中SCI收录58篇、EI收录70篇、SCI收录论文他引1500多次。组织和主持了3个国际学术会议、3个专题研讨会, 17次应邀担任国际学术会议主席、专家委员会委员或分会主席、十多次应邀做大会主题报告和特邀报告,被世界各地近30所大学和大公司应邀做学术报告和专题讲座。

同时也开发了多个新技术和产品,已获4 项美国专利和1项中国专利授权,还有8 项国际专利正在申请中。他发明的智能自修复防渗漏材料,被选用在南韩世界上最大的生活垃圾填埋场,防渗漏材料部分的造价为二亿美元。他曾荣获加拿大国家科学与工程基金会两年的工业研究奖学金、重庆市自然科学二等奖及二项部级三等科技成果奖。基于他在工业废渣及水泥混凝土材料方面的杰出贡献, 2007年当选为美国混凝土学会(American Concrete Institute)的会士(FELLOW)。2014年,史才军与 曹前起草了地下工程混凝土耐久性技术规程,湖南省工程建设地方标准。

史才军教授负责或参与了多个加拿大和美国水泥和混凝土的标准、规范和指南的制订和修订, 其中包括水泥助磨剂、混凝土外加剂、自密实混凝土标准、凝土搅拌用水标准、混凝土抗硫酸盐腐蚀规范、粉煤灰和天然火山灰使用规范等。他为美国国家自然科学基金会评审和评选项目申请书, 为加拿大国家科学与工程基金会、环保部、国际发展署、大专院校协会及比利时的鲁汶天主教大学评审了多份项目申请书,还应邀为近30种著名国际期刊和多个国际会议审稿。

学会会士

2009年7月,湖南大学土木与工程学院史才军教授被选为美国混凝土学会会士(Fellow)。美国混凝土学会执行副总裁William Tolley先生在致史才军教授的贺信中写道:“我谨代表美国混凝土学会理事会荣幸和高兴的告诉你:基于你对混凝土材料研究与应用领域的杰出贡献以及在学会所做的工作,你已被选为学会的会士。美国混凝土学会会士在混凝土(包括材料和结构)领域中是受到高度尊重的。美国混凝土学会鼓励会士们在与职业有关的通信中自豪地使用会士这个称号。”

美国混凝土学会(American Concrete Institute,简称ACI)成立于1904年,在世界上30多个国家和地区有分会,拥有30,000多名会员,是世界上混凝土材料和结构方面最有影响和最权威的机构。学会下设114个专业技术委员会,这些委员会已经制订400多份关于混凝土的技术文件、技术报告、指南、标准以及规则。成为美国混凝土学会会士的条件包括:在会士被提名时,应至少已是学会的会员、或是单位会员在学会的代表10年以上。会士应在混凝土材料、制品和结构生产或使用的教育、研究、开发、设计、施工或管理方面已取得卓越的贡献,而且对学会的专业委员会或当地分会做出了了显著的贡献。

史才军教授现为湖南大学985工程科技创新平台首席科学家、博士生导师、纽约州立大学水牛城分校兼职副教授、加拿大安大略省注册职业工程师、美国材料与试验学会(American Society for Testing and Materials,ASTM)、加拿大标准协会(Canadian Standard Association,CSA)及国际施工材料、系统和结构实验室以及专家联盟(The International Union of Laboratories and Experts in Construction Materials, Systems and Structures,RILEM)中多个专业学会的会员。史才军教授在水泥混凝土材料的设计、性能和测试、耐久性及固体废物的利用和处置方面做了广泛的研究,已发表论文150余篇,其中SCI收录58篇、EI收录70篇、ISTP收录8篇,SCI收录论文他引引用1500多次。同时,史才军教授开发了多个新技术和产品,已获4项美国专利和3项中国专利授权。
