我想 大概是因为虽然香港和台湾、澳门都属于中国的一部分，但是毕竟是一国两制，而且给了他们极大的自治权。像文化、体育之类的都拥有很大的自主权。
即使是奥运会的时候，这三个地方获奖的奖牌数都不是记在中国的奖牌数内，而是单独列出中国香港 中国台湾 中国澳门纪录

其实这是地理问题导致的，香港社会结构和大陆和台湾不同，香港虽然地方小，可他背后是整个世界的未来“中国”可以说无论文化还是经济都能理所当然的抱住中国这条大腿，在一国两制的制度下，香港是不存在社会崩塌隐患的，所以任何思想都可以进出此地，毕竟背后有中国给它抗着，就像最近的占中事件，香港损失很严重对吧？可大陆就是不插手，为啥？因为香港再怎么闹也改变不了中国什么，所以就像这样的一块风水宝地，常年沐浴着全世界的光环，所以排出的电影上档次也是必然的。
